Suicide Prevention Awareness Month isn’t really about numbers – it’s about people. People who may be struggling quietly. People who feel unseen. People who just need to know they aren’t alone. Sometimes what makes the difference is one honest conversation, a gentle check-in, or simply being willing to sit and listen.

Many of you know Dr. Lyons in her official capacity as a psychiatrist, medical director, coworker, mentor, business owner, and philanthropist. My sisters and I would like to share her impact on us as our mother.
