Tamara Carter has more than 14 years of clinical experience in a variety of settings, such as inpatient psychiatric clinics, outpatient clinics, private practice, specialty clinics, and nursing homes.
She has extensive clinical experience working with individuals and groups in various areas, including trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, anger management, schizophrenia, DBT, group psychotherapy, and palliative care.
Tamara adopts an integrative and holistic approach guided by the understanding that a balance in the mind, body, and spirit play a vital role in mental health.
