Anetia Isbell is a licensed Professional Counselor and a graduate from Wayne State University. Ms. Isbell is a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has completed EMDR training, levels I and I; Dialectical Behavior Training; Motivational Interviewing; Michigan Society of Clinical Hypnosis approved Clinical Hypnosis Training and is a Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate I. Ms. Isbell has done intensive independent study in family dynamics, the impact of addiction and other dysfunction on families and individuals, and personality disorders.
Ms. Isbell has extensive training and experience providing individual, family and group therapy to a wide variety of clients with various concerns including severe and persistent mental health issues, Borderline Personality disorder, addictions, depression and anxiety, alcohol and drug dependency, relationship difficulties, family problems and interpersonal skills deficiencies. Co-occurring substance abuse, psychiatric and emotional disorders are areas of specialty. Ms. Isbell tailors her interventions to meet her client’s specific needs
