Anne Campbell, PhD
Psychologist
Anne is a fully licensed clinical psychologist specializing in the treatment of children, teens and families. She received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology with a specialty in child and family treatment in 1985 and is licensed in both Michigan and New York. Further, she is trained in play therapy and family systems therapy. She has worked for over 35 years in private practice, hospital, court, and school settings; evaluating and treating children with a variety of challenges. Anne is a member of the American Psychological Association and Michigan Association of School Psychologists.
Her understanding of the school system and needs of school-aged children and teens helps to best address the concerns of children and teens struggling academically or emotionally by providing them with the support and problem-solving skills they need to be successful. Her goal is to empower clients with the understanding and strategies they can use to solve problems effectively. Her approach is solution focused and uses cognitive behavioral strategies to assist clients in developing positive coping skills.
