Jo is a licensed social worker with a Master Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor. She has over 25 years experience treating adults and seniors using methods customized to the needs of each individual including: cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, mindfulness, insight therapy, relaxation / stress reduction, and other techniques. Some of the issues Jo focuses on treating include: depression, anxiety/panic, OCD, relationship issues, women's issues, adjustment to life changes, chronic pain, and many others.
