“Soothing can be conveyed in many forms

- by a look, posture, breathing pace,

moist eyes, tone of voice, or simply by

a deep internal feeling of extending comfort.

When this wish to comfort is accompanied

by streams of accurate empathy,

the stage is set for profound healing”.
