Sydney is a licensed clinical social worker with more than ten years of experience helping adults, women, parents, adolescents, and families navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, postpartum challenges, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. She offers a warm, collaborative space where clients can feel understood, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.

She earned her Master of Social Work from Michigan State University and received specialized training in evidence-based trauma treatment. Sydney’s clinical experience spans outpatient therapy, community mental health, and medical settings, where she has worked with diverse populations across the lifespan. She also holds endorsements in infant and maternal mental health, with specialized interest in pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, attachment, and early parenting stress.

Sydney integrates evidence-based and holistic approaches tailored to each client’s needs, including CBT, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, family systems, and trauma-informed care. She helps clients build insight, regulate emotions, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for healing and resilience.
