Terrie is a licensed professional counselor with certification in ERP (OCD treatment), forensic certified consultant (FCC), DCC credentialed telehealth, and a specialization in counseling psychology. With over 20 years experience, Terrie has worked within the court system, the school systems, inpatient treatment, in private practice since 2004, and as a staff member at Lakes Center for over a decade. 

With seven years experience as a trained ERP treatment provider, Terrie uses the ERP program to treat the complex nature of OCD, PTSD, trichotillomania, skin picking, and hoarding. She uses mindfulness with ERP to achieve an average of 47% - 67% improvement in overall symptoms in approximately 6 weeks. 

Terrie enjoys working in the mental health field and is passionate about the mind and body connection. She offers goal-oriented therapy to explore patterns, increase awareness, create habit changes, find balance, and improve relationships both personal and professional. She works together with her patients in a safe environment where they can feel comfortable to share their stories.
